Hi there! We are Arizona lovers and local Marana residents. We love living life together and working together, too! Real Estate is our passion. While being life and business partners, we have built a very structured and successful platform in order to help service our clients and community. We go above and beyond for our clients. For our sellers, we provide an in-depth property analysis and explain how the current market is doing. To promote our new listings, we personally go around the neighborhood and hand out flyers as well as Open House invitations. Often times, we have learned that the neighbors are the ones who have friends and family members who want to live close to them, so we like to get the word out as much as possible. We also offer a complimentary deep cleaning service, landscaping cleanup service, professional photos, virtual staging (if the home is vacant) as well as drone shots for our sellers’ properties. This creates an ideal introduction to the market, once listed. Keep in mind, your Realtor is also here to help your property look as presentable and desirable as possible to potential buyers. We are very proactive with helping our buyers find their ideal property! Since we are very familiar with various communities in Pima County and personally know a number of homeowners, we are able to fully take in all of our buyers’ wants and needs in a home, and help them find it. We are able to see all of the upcoming listings, and, if there aren’t any homes that fit the criteria, we create the inventory. We have handed out close to 60,000 market reports all in very desirable communities which also means we know the “inside scoop” and future plans of selling. We are always here to help educate our buyers with the home buying process, start to finish, and answer any questions or concerns. We believe that Real Estate is a relationship-based business, not transactional, and that is why we are very successful in what we do. The sale of a property is the very last thing to occur in the entire process, so we are here to not only help you get to that point, but to be your friend as well. We understand that this type of transaction can be the most stressful and financial occurrence in many people’s lives, so we are here to help guide you along the way.
